Three tough farewells

Some farewells are tough to go through, especially when the time spent together was so beautiful. Nevertheless, our Romanian Rifler “iM” moved to NAVi, while our IGL “siuhy” returned to MOUZ. Furthermore, we parted ways with our analyst Munstur. They will always be part of the history of GL, achieving things none has achieved at our organization before.

Three perfect pieces

We’re so proud to present our two additions to the CS roster. With “volt“. We’re continuing our Romanian legacy. Coming out of the British scene, “volt” was part of the remarkable Paris Major run of Into the Breach. They managed to get until the Quarterfinal, where they lost against Vitality. neaLaN, on the other hand, is the first Kazakh player at GL. He has plenty of experience playing as an IGL, even though he is still one of the scene’s younger leaders. With K23, he collected some Tier 2 trophies, and with GL, he is hungry to make the next step. With BOGDAN, we found a new anaylst as well, who will be an important anchor behind the scenes.

The perfect place for a new beginning

IEM Cologne, the cathedral of Counter-Strike, the most prestigious tournament of the year that is not a Major. In addition, the elite of Counter-Strike competing, the Lanxess Arena was sold out just a few days after the tickets dropped. Everything is set for a fantastic tournament. Thanks to a strong position in the ESL ranking, we skipped the Play-in phase and immediately qualified for the main group stage. With 16 other teams, we compete for one of six places in the Playoffs to play in front of the arguably best crowd in Esports history. We are hungry.
