ORGANIZER

“MINDTANK BUNDLE” is a raffle organized by GamerLegion GmbH (GL) as part of BLAST.tv Major, Legends Stage on May 13, 2023.

ELIGIBILITY

Participants can be any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has a residence in the EU. Excluded are employees and authorized representatives of GL, their family members and household members. GL reserves the right to refuse the participation of individual persons from the outset for good reason or to exclude them from the competition at a later date and also to reclaim the prize. Good reason exists, for example, in cases of misuse or fraud (including attempts) or other violations of the conditions of participation. In such cases, GL reserves the right to also subsequently disallow winnings.

CONTENT OF THE COMPETITION

Participation in the competition takes place by liking and commenting on the Twitter post “MINDTANK BUNDLE”. In addition, following GamerLegion on Twitter is required. Cash payment of the prize or transfer to other persons is not possible.

In the event of winning, for the purpose of notifying the winner, his/her full first and last name, the store where purchased and the amount paid may be published on the homepage and social channels of GamerLegion and MINDTANK..

His full name and address as well as his telephone number will be given to GamerLegion for identification as a winner by means of an identity card.

Data protection information: The organizer processes personal data only for the purposes of this sweepstakes based on the consent of each participant in accordance with Art. 6(1a) EU-DSGVO.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The determination of the winner will take place on the 17th. May 2023. The winners will be informed promptly via direct message to their Twitter account. The winners must reply to the direct message within 72 hours after sending the message. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

DEADLINE

The sweepstakes will take place on 05/17/2023 and at the end of the day (cet).

DISCLAIMER / MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The Organizer is not liable for the availability of the Twitter page as well as its own Twitter page. The Promoter is also not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to properly carry out the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware as well as time delays) or legal reasons.

This Sweepstakes is not associated with Twitter and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Twitter. The recipient of the data provided by the participant is not Twitter, but the organizer. The participants release Twitter from any liability resulting from claims in connection with the implementation of the sweepstakes (in particular its publication and organization). All questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition should be addressed directly to the organizer and not to Twitter.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
